Hey Guys/Girls,
I have a big problem. A user on my network had a system crash, and was running office 2000 and access 97. She has a specific database that is absolutely essential, and requires access 97 (From what I am told by the prior IS manager). When her PC crashed, I managed to upload her access database (*.mdb) to our terminal server. She has been accessing it through a mapped drive since, and now her computer crashed again. We finally got her a new PC but now NO ONE can open this database. I get the error "You do not have the appropriate permissions to open the <NAME> object. Please contact your administrator or the creator of the object. I am completely lost on how to get her access back, and could really use some help. Thanks!
