I have looked around for an answer to this and have not been able to find any threads related to this.

I have an Access XP database that I am developing to automatically send faxes during the night once files are downloaded and imported. The problem that I am having is that when Access sends the fax over to Outlook XP, an automation warning comes up and pauses the process for five seconds before the 'Yes' button is enabled. I have a small utility that I downloaded from the web called ClickYes that will bypass the automation warning but the problem that I am running into now is that the ClickYes program will not function when the computer is locked.

I can leave the computer running over night but the problem is that because I work in the health care industry and all of the new HIPPA regulations, the computer must be locked when we are not in our office.

Does anyone have any code or know of anything that will help me get around this Outlook security so I can fax these items unattended?

Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Probably this is because Outlook 2000 has been restricted to not allow automated sending.

I have tried the PTFB and ClickYes. Neither one will work with a computer when it is locked.

Any other ideas??
