Access other mailbox???

Hi,
I'm loged on the workstation as Administrator, and I can open outlook2000. And I see my e-mail account folder.
Why can't I open multiple mailboxes? I added others, but it gives me an error msg pop-up, and can't access that other user's inbox.

I need to copy large amount of e-mails to his account, from a PST file.

To access other users indox you need to,

1) Give yourself premission. Go to AD users and computer, select the user that you want access to the mailbox, under properties select Exchange Advance, The add yourself to it. You then need to add the mailbox to you Outlook. Which it sounds like you have already done.
