Is there an easy way to access multiple Exchange email accounts from the same computer using Outlook 2003? I've tried configuring Outlook to prompt for a profile but the login asks for account information associated with the Exchange server vs. the domain. My environment is Windows 2003 domain, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Clients are a mix of winxp and win2k.

Thanks

start up outlook:

click tools - email accounts
view or change email accounts
click change on the exchange account
click more settings
click the advanced tab
add the other mailboxes there.

You will have to make sure that the user that opens the mailboxes has rights to them.

Thanks but I was actually looking for a way for different users to access their exchange accounts on the same computer. The solution that worked for me:

Control Panel -> mail -> show profiles -> add -> enter a meaningful name for the new profile -> OK -> select "add a new email account -> next -> select "Microsoft Exchange Server" -> next -> enter exchange server name and the user name of the account you want to access -> next -> finish
-> select "prompt for a profile to be used" -> OK

Now when Outlook is started the user is prompted to select a profile. After selecting the appropriate profile the domain/user and password prompt is presented and the account can be accessed with the proper credentials.
