Can anyone tell me, is it possible, if so what is the correct way to access mailbox messages from the server. I have been using the exchange administrator logon but still can't seem to access mailboxes. I saw in a post that I shouldn't do it through the M: drive so what is the best way.

Thanks

use owa is probably the simplest if you are admin. Make sure you are authorised first.

should do it for you

alternatively change the settings in your outlook client : right click outlook desktop icon, properties, exchange server properties, overwrite the name in the mailbox field

Cheers

Doesn't work for me. Not sure why. Just says page cannot be displayed.

I can access it locally on the exchange server in IIS but when I try to do it through the browser is says "Page cannot be found"

Any ideas??

give your admin account "send as" and "receive as" on the server object in the security settings.
