Access Form Resize

Hi

I am doing a form for a company but the main for needs to be resized for one users computer. The screen res is 800 X 600. IS there any way to do it so it will so the complete form on screen with out using scroll bars.

PS. I have tried the Resize download module that is floating around and it did not work
