I am getting this message in the backup log after each night's backup.
Access denied to directory \Program Files\Common Files\Network Associates\Alert Manager\Queue.

When I try to browse to this directory I get an "access denied" error. Veritas told me to look at this document
However, when I try to do what it says the Network menu selection "set default attach information" is greyed out. I've tried logging into the backup server as a backup operator and an administrator, but neither one works.
