Hi all,
One of our users who has recently been moved to AD needs to check open files on one of our servers and would like to use his local MMC to check this. However, once he is connected to the server and has drilled down to the Shared Folders area he gets a "Error 5: Access is denied" when trying to access the Open Files folder underneath it.
He used to have no problems checking the open files with his old NT account, and as far as I can tell he's a member of all the same groups. I'm a bit of a newbie and am not quite sure where to start looking. Any help very much appreciated!
