Our Access database is located on one box at one location (Houston). Our remote users at another location (Miami) can open it and can do all data entries on the form, but once the form or database is closed. The database is not updated with all entries from Miami. Our remote users connect to company network through Citrix. Is this something to do with Network or Database setup?
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I think it is unlikely to be Citrix causing the problem. Look at the code first.

Do you know that the data is being saved?
Can you see it through raw Access or SQL? If so, then here's a few hints to start you off.
Is the form populated by a view or stored procedure?
Have you set the right user permission on these objects?
Is there any location specific logic in there? (for example, "If location is Miami, then ...")
Are you setting a filter or server filter on the form?
Is Access setting a sever filter? I have recently had problems with Access automatically setting server filters for me that made the users think data was lost.

Hope this helps.
