Someone Help I am going mad I am new to VB.net and can't get use the the fact there are no Data Controls. it seemed easier with VB6!

What I basically want to figure out is how to perform simple Database Navigation using Buttons on a form displaying only the selected record.

I have been trying to use the OLEDbDataAdaptor but all I can manage is the display the whole Database in a Textbox.

I hope there is someone out there that could even send me a working example!!!
