Here's the deal:
Whenever I open MS Access2002 and select an existing database, let's call it "Payment.mdb", Access will suddenly create a Copy of it and call it "Payment1.mdb". So any changes (as I am now working with the copy)I make are made to the "Payment1.mdb" database and not the original. If I close it out and try to open "Payment.mdb" again, it will do the same thing, except this time it will call it "Payment2.mdb". This will continue to happen however many times I use it. Anyone know what's going on here?
