can't build target lines leading with 9. Is this because of line pool access code being 9. If so how do i get around this?

Change the access code to something else - if the customer doesnt accept then

Ask the CO to drop 9 and insert some other digit on the outpulsed digits

What is your number plan size? 3 4 5 6 7

You could have the local carrier change the number of digits sent to you. Say from 4 to 5

what if you out the access code of 9 and built 9 as a dest code? would that work ?

If you need to you can change the length of the DID from whatever it is to one more, reprogram the target lines and all should be gold.

by that I mean if you are getting a 3 digit drop of DID 555-0987 and you cannot use the 987 ch to 4 digits and use 0987. you would have to go in and reload all of the target lines though.
