I have created a report in Access 97 with a linked chart (verticle bar graph).
It contains three data series and twenty fields of data in the X-axis. In design view and/or Microsoft Graph, the chart appears perfectly. However when I preview or print the report, the bars on the chart increase in width and the chart is truncated. Instead of showing the twenty fields, I see only three.
Can anybody help me to solve this?

howdy--

is there a page 2, etc. when you go to preview? maybe you're hanging over the edge?

try checking your page setup/margins/portrait or landscape. make sure in design view that the width/height of your detail section corresponds with those settings.

let me know how it goes.
