I imported tables and forms into a new blank 2010 database. Somewhere along the line it did some modifications to some of my code which cleared the text boxes which are unbound on a form.

My original syntax was Me.V1 = "" etc, however a line of code which clears V1 to V9 is mixed, some syntax has been changed to Me.V3 = Null, so between V1 and V9 there is now a mixture of statements where the textbox = "" or it is Null, all done by just importing external data.

I wish I had stayed with earlier Access version.

Domino,

So what's the issue?
Have you problems with distinguishing null and 'empty string'?
