Access 2003 Run time error

I made a database using access 2003. But the user of the databse complained that she receive such run time error whenever she loads or run the program. I know for sure that the database is working well and i even tried in 3 other computers and it works very well... Now i don't know what went wrong and i just can't figure out why she receive such error. She said she is using Access 2003 also and i remember i also encountered some run time error before... but i installed something (but can't remember anymore)... please advice and guide me with this problem i can not fix it and see it with my very eyes since we are hundred miles away. Thanks in advance.

Any chance you can post some relevant info like, say, the error message(s) ?
Have you checked the references in the VBE ?

\\Xiamen_DB\CustDta.mdb is
not a valid path......

anyway i asked her to install the serive pack by visiting windowsupdate and it solved the problem... so using office 2003 still need to install those service packs duh?... Thanks for the time PH. Have a nice day!
