Access 2000 SDK is it free??

Someone told me the Access 2000 SDK was free with the purchase of Office 2000, is this true? If not, how much does it cost?

I think you have to purchase the Developer Edition of Office 2000. Which is near $1000.00

You can buy upgrade edition about $529.00 as long as you have single office product.
