Try thread913-868445, and do a search on the history for similar stuff. There are a number of useful past posts on this, but I'm afraid I haven't time to look them up right now.
You can use OLEDB, DAO or ADO, or import/export to mdb or excel. I've found the import/export easiest in the long run.
