Access 2.0 Autoexec Macros 1

Does anyone know how to skip over an autoexec macro when opening an Access 2.0 database? Whatever the heck I did is causing a GPF whenever I open the database, and I can't get back into it to take out the macro change. I was also dumb enough to NOT make a back-up before I started making changes. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
