Any specific reason for wanting to do that?, because 8l selects CO Line1, 82 selects CO Line2 ... 88 selects CO Line8

That may not be possible. As far as i know, Panasonic Idle line cesae is 9.
You may choose to use Line selection 81,82,83 ...88 or do ARS.
