Really depends upon what you are doing in the switch and which type definity you have. If the processor is above 80% I'd be worried. Without call center applications it may run as low as 2-5% a prologix may run in the 35% range. The major processor problem I've seen is in call centers where Look-Ahead-Interflow is improperly implemented. Call traffic will vary again based upon switch use and trunking. James Middleton
