acceptable cpu usage for Citrix boxes

For FR3 Metaframe XP, what are considered acceptable CPU usage. We are seeing between 70-90% on some of are boxes. We currently have a farm of 10 servers with about 180-200 concurent users

How many users per server? I've got around 15 users per server and the CPU usage is low.

I have noticed an issue with Microsoft Debug Manager (mdm.exe) and have noticed that slowed the server down so I've now made that program obsolete (renamed it to .old!)

I would say, that a cpu load around 80 is too much, if it is constant. Look trough the processes and see why they are using more then other boxes.
I assume that they are all build up in the same manner. If you got applications that is much heavyer then other, then try to set a max number of user on each box, so you won´t have a couple of boxes doing nothing, and others overloaded...

I run 26 servers and just load balance by the "default evaluator" and it works brilliant!
