accept incoming mails from external mail servers

Hi,

How to accept incoming mails from external mail servers ?
Their are users in our domain who can't get mails from the outside.

do you have a mx record? do the senders get NDR's?

Check the mailbox properties to be sure they have an SMTP address associated with them.

When all else fails, READ THE DAMN BOOK!
