All,

After an upgrade from ACM R6.2 to R7.1.2 (same IP) we have noticed that our ACCCM won't now make any changes.

The ACCCM login works if you manually ASA / SSH to CM with it. and we can see the ACCCM logn / loogf on the history

If we try any changes on ACCCM we get an error mentioning port 5022 ssh, could it be that we need to flush out an old stored ssh key on the ACCCM with the old CM host fingertprint?

Any ideas would welcomed

Many thanks

The fact you see a logn/logf makes me think that your SSH theory isn't the culprit here since it is making a login enough to cause a logged entry.

I would look at making sure ACCCM is compatible with 7.1.2. Many other Avaya products SSH connectivity broke (ASA for example) on 7.x and needed small patches to fix the nuanced change (I think a login message changed/acted different than the past, but I'm not sure on this part).
