AC integration with Outlook 1

We would like to create Outlook deadlines from within AssetCenter, e.g. from Work Order resolution dates. Has anyone done this? Any ideas? Thanks

You might want ot create workflow which would eventually trigger message type action .Workflow can be tiggered by change in status filed in amWorkorder. Also, you need to configure Messaging tab in AmEmplDept table . (Should provide outlook account name and password -- this will esteblish connection to external email -- do it for admin record ) Also if you want your mesages to be processed by AC Server you must login as admin on the AssetCenter server machine. If you neee more help Try to search AC help for messaging.
