A end user want to have a bandwidth guarantee with some special address.The route from the user to it's destination will through three routers.routerA-routerB-routerC.If I set a higher precedence on routerA by dhcp and have no qos setting on the other two routers,will the other two router see the high precedence of the special traffic?And I want to the diffrence about set a parameter of precedence(critical,0-7) and dhcp?thanks

Yes if one router marks a packet with an IP precedence value (i.e. a value greater than 0), other routers will see this marking and prioritise accordingly.
