About IA770's function

I have a user who wants know the function to convert voice mail to lotus notes. Can IA770 do that?

It can't be done with out the Modular Messaging software to interface Notes...

We tried it here...unless someone knows something my VM person doesn't.

modular messaging is a seperate hardware/software platform that, if used, would completely replace the IA770.

IA770 is in the Avaya lineup, the most basic or voice mail offerings.

Go to support.avaya.com and search for modular messaging - this will return all sorts of documentation that will help.
