About 9610 IP Phone

Hi,Guys

I wonder to know can the 9610 ip phone use "redial" "Transfer" function? And why these ip phone always restart and no tone when off-hood when the PBX is S8300? Who can answer me and Thanks for everybady's help

the 9610 is designed as a walk up phone. it only has one line appearance and as a result you can't trasnfer etc

Thanks a lot! Can it use "redial"? I am confuse why these phone always on tone when it off-hook.
