I sent an email with a problem with POP3, i am now able to send emails but not receive.
I am able to ping pop3 and all settings are correct!
Any help would be grateful

Do you have a firewall at your site? (nearly all companies do) If so are the correct ports open for two way POP3 traffic, its quite possible that its only open on way Sketch[lightsaber]

We do have firewall in our company. it is only one computer having this problem and he is on the same side of the firewall

you could always try putting the IP address of the pop3 server instead of the name and putting the IP address in the HOSTS table. Has worked for me before.

Thank you for all your replies but it was a server problem as the whole company's Outlook Express stopped working!
