Hi All,

I have a problem connected to the abbrv dialing list.
I was trying to add new number to the list using phone, so I administered Abbreviated Dial - Prgm Group List Access Code: *66 for example.

I found in the documentation following sequence:

*66 1(list number) 1(list item) + number.
After typing *66 1 1 (intercept tone).
In the statation administration there is 'list: personal 1'.

Does anyone have idea how to manage with this?

Thanks in advance,
Marko

Check the FAQ's
there is one on abbreviated programing

Thanks guys for this, but it doesn't work.

Any other ideas?

Thanx

Marko,
In looking back at your original post,
you do not use the list access number for programing, you should have an abbreviated dial program number also.
You also say you administered abreviated dial -prgm group,
That is only used for group lists. If it is a personal list you need to try to program from the ext which owns the personal list, Or from the switch access terminal.
The only other thing would be the list number, You can have 3 lists per ext, you might have it set up something like
list1:personal 1 list2:group list3:system

In this example the personal list is list 1, group list 2 etc. it might also be something like
list1:group list2:enhanced list3:personal 1
in this case the personal list would be list 3.

Hope this helps some with your problem.
