CDR logs through TM3.1 (Data and call buffering) and then onto Tiger reporting eventually. But the detail1.img file created by TM3.1 does not display the abandoned calls so Tiger is out of the picture.
If these are short duration calls, there may be somewhere in your set up that ignores calls less than a certain timeframe, ie 3 seconds for instance. Some of these packages come with a default setting like that. I have never used that system, but it is probably there.
Funny you should mention that... the CDR Fundamentals NTP says...
B records (Abandoned call) are output when the Time to Answer feature is active and New Format CDR is selected for CDR TTY output (FCDR = NEW in LD 17). B records are only output to CDR Teletype devices.
B records are output when:
• an unanswered incoming trunk disconnects and ABAN = YES in LD 16
• Internal CDR is equipped and an unanswered internal station disconnects from another internal station which has ABDA class of service
With the CDR on Busy Tone feature, a B record is produced when the originator of an incoming or internal call disconnects after receiving a busy tone. The CDR on Busy Tone B record information is displayed on the third
line of the CDR B record when the New CDR format (FCDR) is configured.
