Hi Guys

I have some new DBC 434's handsets which won't register on our MD TSW SP4.

I can setup a DBC 4425 on the same switch port and it registers immediately. The 434 flash's "Logging On" and then shows "Failed User Log On".

Are there any ideas on a known problem?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the addition but when I checked the MD the extension is showing as registered even though the handset is indicating it has failed and no calls are possible. It is 6997 in the print below.
<ipexp:dir=all;

Are they allowed in TSW Sp4 - i thought it had to be Sp7 or 8

[mad][mad]Thanks Guys, I thought as much. Now I have to go back to the dealer who sold me the phones and provided the licenses and ask why he didn't advise of this limitation. Bloody sales people!!!!
