If anyone has an idea for this. G3I V11...I have a 5 digit AAR, going through a route pattern with 3 trunk group options. The calls will not route through the first option..the trunk I want them to use..they use the second option. If the call is placed using 11 digits, it uses the trunk group it should and the one I want it to use as first option in r/pattern. The frl's are set higher in the route pattern options then either trunk group is set for...Why is it not hitting the first option?

Please supply AAR Analysis and Route examples. Also include Trunk group FRL's

Thanks

Ed, frl's in r/pattern are 3, trunk goups are 1.
AAR: 102. min 7 max 7,
r/pattern: del 3, insert 1617891, pfx mrk, 1

Try making the pfx mrk blank. Thats how we have ours set up.

According to the manual:

1 • Send a 1 on 10-digit calls, but not on 7-digit calls.
Use Prefix Mark 1 for HNPA calls that require a 1 to indicate long-distance calls.

blank For tie trunks, leave this field blank.

Needless to say, mine are on tie lines.

I concur with RTMCKEE You are placing the 1 in the inserted digits. Mine are also blank

Hope this helps
