This has really been a weekend from hell. Been working on this install days and nights, and basically my free time is spent here asking for help !! (including this one, 3 posts in 3 nights... )

Ok .. Everything is working fine now except calls that are supposed to be going to personal vmail boxes are going to auto attendant. Running a MICS with NAM 4.0 (I think) ..

From what I gather I need the Redirect dn Patch Disk ..
(As per all those posts when u search "redirect dn patch"

Can someone PLEASE send me the bootable diskette that will do it for me ? Or tell me how to do it, without needing to connect a PC to it ???

I'm so tired ..
never taken sooooo long to do an install.
argh

:)

Thanks for all the help !

If you are running MICS 5.0 yes you will have to change the redirect DN in the NAM. It only be done using NVM manager and laptop or you can connect a keyvboard and monitor to the NAM or via a patch disk... sorry I don't have one.

Powerflower, Thank you SOOOOOO much for that bit of information. (About the backup / restore) I would have been in trouble in you hadn't told me.

Brian Cox, you have officially saved my life. I downloaded the patch, followed the instructions, and everything worked fine. You saved me from having to re-program everything. You also made me look good to the person i'm subcontracting for, and his equipment supplier.

Powerflower, Brian, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!
