Hi all
Please be carefull if you access a 4.0 system with Manager 6.1(9) when Auto Attendents are in use.
The default shortcodes changed from 4.0 to 4.1 and they will get converted during upgrade. This is a good thing.
But this conversion will take place even if you just access the system and save it back after a small change.
I used to have 5 shortcodes per AA. The 4 normal ones plus i.e. *810 with AA:AttendantName (without .[1-4]). This way you can call the AA directly. All this Shortcodes are deleted and replaced with the new *8[1-4]XX.
My AA did not work anymore. I had to install Manager 6.0(14) again and upload a backup.
