AA answering but not playing message

first off new to IP office so this is something that's probably something pretty simple but I cant figure it out.
I have built an Auto attendant. it will answer the call but not play the greeting/message you can press 1/2/or 3 and it will go to the correct option.
i recorded and save the message using *8101
i set the time profile 8am-5pm
what am i missing

take the time profile out and record it as *8104 instead
it should work the way you have it but I always go the save route

Thanks that worked but I really need the time profiles to work. this is for a dr office and they need an after hours message too

Create a second Night Auto Att, put an incoming call route in and make the night the default option in there and make the time profile (Mo-Fri 8am to 5pm or something like that)and send that to the day auto att
that way you can also have different options for selector codes 1-0 and don't have to use the same for day and night as maybe you want to send the night 0 to a mailbox rather than having a phone ring.
That is the best way to make day and night work.
