A word list in TXT format?

I'm looking to write a VB module for which I need an extensive word list preferably an entire dictionary in something like txt format so I can use it as part of said program.

Anyone know where I could get one - preferably free and online?

take a look at AGID at

http://wordlist.sourceforge.net.

It has a file in it called Infl.txt which may work for you.

It has a copywrite notice, I don't know what the rules are, so read and see if it will work for you.
