A tool to check the health of AD and DNS

Hi all!

I am trying to look for a tool which checks the health of Active Directory and DNS i.e. that they are configured and are working correctly. I remember seeing something in the MS site but could not remember the name. Does anyone know of this tool I am mentioning and where I can download it from?
