I'm learning Oracle to get my Developer Cert.What is the best tool to learn first, I know there are a few like, jDeveloper, but what tools(software) should I be learning first that will give me the most usage towars my Oracle Developer track.

Hi,
First learn Oracle itself - The RDBMS concepts.
Then the various languages ( PlSql, SqlPLus, etc ) then the Developer tools..
Check the Oracle Education Site for detailed info on what they list as a Training Sequence

so you will need to register - it is free and one of the most valuable resources available for Oracle folks.
