A service installation section in this INF is invalid

Hi

i have been trying to install a Belkin wirless network adapter on my laptop for a couple of days now.

After following the installation instructions to the letter I got a message, Cannot install this hardware - A service installation section in this INF is invalid.

I have installed XP sp1 & now sp2 I still get the same result, I have been on to Belkin and they say it is an operating system problem but everything else seems fine.
