Why is it that norton antivirus detects a virus on my computer and then says access to the file was denied and unable to repair the virus? I have a virus that keeps being detected called Backdoor.SDBot.Gen and I don't know how to get rid of it. Does anybody have any ideas? I thought the whole point for antivirus software was to get rid of virus and protect your computer from them.
