A program to see connection speed as u have for dialup

hi,

c when u have a dialup up connection , the little 2 computer icon comes down in icon bar and blinks when there is computer transfer.

Now I have a broadband connection and i don't get any icon to KNOW if the net is workin , XP has that icon in the taskbar and utility to get it ???????

Howdy:

Start>Control Panel>Network Connections

Now, right click on your broadband connections and select "Properties"

At the very bottom of the screen is the option to show the icon when connected.
