a lot of localhost connections in netstat?

ok i go into command prompt, type netstat and i see this
check the pic

all those localhosts:ports's what is this?? i never seen it before, but just today thats all i see!!
 
Looks like typical game stuff.

Note that all of the addressing is local to your machine, and that the status is Time_Wait. The destination IP is you in every case, so some software you have run made TCP session requests to a variety of ports.

The entries will clear. I do not see a hack attempt with these entries.
