I've recently started to prepare for the A+ exam and have set a goal for myself to take it before the end of this year or early next year.

Should I worry about the test being changed or updated at all due to the change of the year from 2002 to 2003?

I didn't plan it this way, but I am taking a few courses at the college level to help prepare for this as well and I asked the teacher and she really didn't know.

thanks

You'll be safe from any exam revisions for at least a good 6 months. Better get HOT!

Good luck!

Here's the scoop:

At the end of March 2003 the objectives for CompTIA's A+ exam will change. The new exam will actually be available earlier, but there will be a grace period until the end of March 2003 for those wishing to write the exam under the current objectes (2001).

This gives you 5 months to prepare for your exams. Be sure that you write both exams in that time frame - in order to get certified both exams MUST be written under the same objectives. Tracey Rosenblath
