A certain laptop can not access a particular server

I can access both servers A and B with my PC.
The other PC can access server A, but not server B.
It says something: "element not found".

Even I type in IP address, it doesn't work either.

Any suggestions? Thank you!!!

This looks like you have a computerproblem, the thing is we dont have any information to help you.
