Quick question
using the above i get the following my ip address

81.77.80.149

some stats scripts I have tried give the following host /ip address

149.bbd03tcl.dsl.pol.co.uk / 81/77.80.149

If you know how it's done please let me know

Sounds like reverse DNS to me.

Take a look at gethostbyaddr() (
