_screen garbage characters

Recently I noticed that I am unable to get _screen output correctly.eg In the command window I type ? 'hello'
and the screen output displays unreadable characters. ie square zeros/boxes.I have checked language settings etc,deleted config.db and reinstalled but still cant get it to output to _screen correctly.

Using VFP8 sp1 on W2K

Try changing your screen font.
From a command window, hold down the Shift key and click on 'Format' in the main menu. Then select 'Screen Font'.
