_root alternative? 1

Hi

my movie worked fine, but now I wanted to let it load into another flash and my script doesn't work good anymore cause I used _root

is there another way to direct to the scene?

You're targeting a scene name in this would be loaded movie?

_root's absolute pathing can usually be changed to relative pathing, using the appropriate this and/or 1 or more _parent's...

Or if you happen to be on MX2004, you could look into _lockroot...
