9650C 25 Pin D-Type Sockets

Can anyone tell me what the 2- 25pin D-Type Sockets are for on the back of an Avaya 9650C IP Phone?

I believe they were to be used to add a Bluetooth and/or a Gigabit adapter. But, I have never seen these products. Maybe someone else can shed some light.
