9641g SIP Phone 6

Hiya Guys

I have a customer who as got a 9641g handset that he wants to use on his IPO500 v9.0 system. I have tried to get it working on our dem kit but the menus are slightly different and it seems to want to connect to a SIP server, even though I have changed it to H323 in the SIG menu.Its probably come from a AURA so wrong software for a IPO. So my question is is it easy to change the software so it will work on a IPO or am I just wasting my time.

I've seen these files not being pulled by those phones, I am sure you see a funny message in monitor if you trace it, never got to the bottom of it as I gave up and just told the purchaser to stop buying crap from eBay

Try to clear the phone mute button and tour clear and press #
Than try again.

Thanks Guys I did try a clear but just the same. I think it is the phone just wont pick up the file, he did just get it off ebay. I wont waste any more time on it but I appreciate all the help.
