Are you able to explain further what you're trying to do? Usually maintenance/changes/programming is done via the Manager software or the web based version which is

(IP Office IP address).

As above already stated there is no web server built inside the H323 firmware of the 96xx phones. Not sure about the SIP firmware, never tried it.

J100 series do have a web server built in which can be enabled by adding this the the 46xxSpecials.txt file;

SET ENABLE_WEBSERVER 1

And to disable it

SET ENABLE_WEBSERVER 0

not sure if there is a NUSN which you can use for this the be added to the autogenerated 46xxsettings.txt file but I'm sure someone will chime in if it is.

If you have Web Management on the SD card you can have self administration enabled on a per user basis if they have a password set on the user. You can restrict what they can break and such. In R11.0.2, it hangs at the EULA screen until you scroll all the way to the bottom and accept and ok, at leat on the system I am working on right now. It is a bit janke to use. Gives weird errors. Maybe if I read the manual I might get it better. I would never give end user training on it. This was tested on a J179 and a 5410.

The web server for the J100 is different from IPO Web Management. It is designed for admin and lets you configure most things that you would normally have to do at the phone via the CRAFT menu or via the 46xxsettings.txt file.
